Client Success Business Analysts

Okay, let’s get to the details: Our Client Success Business Analyst is responsible for assuring that our clients get the maximum value out of their Satuit software by identifying and actively solving our business needs as it relates to any client-facing process, system or issue.

The Client Success Business Analyst will work closely with other Client Success team members and our clients to understand our clients' business goals, propose solutions, and implement changes to maximize their satisfaction with our products. This person will work one-on-one with our clients to create and implement solutions that keep them happy and help maintain them as our loyal and valued clients.


  • Understand business needs, processes, and concepts to formulate clear and thorough requirements
  • Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate solutions to parallel overall business strategies
  • Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity and system issues
  • Leverage analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex client issues professionally, efficiently, and effectively via phone, email, and online web conferencing
  • Be a liaison between the client and Level II technical support to resolve and troubleshoot various issues that arise


  • Ability to demonstrate innovation when evaluating the business implications of technology solutions
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve complex and unusual business situations
  • Ability to learn quickly and comprehend many technical and business concepts in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver specifications, business timelines and presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to communicate clearly and interact effectively with all staff levels, internally and externally, to reach mutual goals
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to manage simultaneous and varied complex projects from inception through completion with minimal supervision.
  • SSRS experience required for mid-senior levels.


  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, phone manner, and email etiquette
  • Strong process management and analytical skills (should be evident on your resume or LinkedIn profile)
  • 1 – 3 years of demonstrated experience in Business Analysis (preferred)
  • 1 – 3 years related experience in the Investment Management Industry (preferred)
  • Senior levels should have SSRS, plus 3-7 years' overall experience
  • Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments
  • Great attitude is key
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
